Project Coordinator Role

This position plays a vital part in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with our products. Your key responsibilities include coordinating projects, collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality results, and providing expert support to project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Language: Fluent Ukrainian Speaker
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment while demonstrating self-motivation and independence
  • Customer Support: Resolve customer requests through various support channels, including phone and online requests
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth product knowledge to provide effective support to end-users
Requirements:
  • Graduate or minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Deadline Oriented: Capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Cloud Deployment: Knowledge of cloud deployment models and post-deployment service operations
  • Communication Skills: Excellent documentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills
  • Digital Security Awareness: Strong awareness of digital security practices
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Ukrainian and English, with excellent written and verbal skills in both
