Project Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project support specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and successful experience with our products.

Your responsibilities will include project coordination, collaboration with various teams, and delivering exceptional service.

Your main goal is to help our clients achieve their business objectives by providing expert support to the project manager.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Language: Native Ukrainian speaker
  • Team Collaboration: Function effectively in a team environment while demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Customer Support: Resolve customer requests initiated through various support channels
  • Collaborative Environment: Contribute to a fast-paced and highly collaborative team-based work environment
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively support end users
  • Customer Communication: Keep customers informed of progress and manage exceptions effectively
  • Client Support: Provide first-line support to Ukrainian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
  • Assist clients with onboarding, product training, and troubleshooting
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress
  • Generate reports on client issues and project status to inform continuous improvement efforts
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between Ukrainian-speaking clients and our internal teams
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned
