Project Coordination Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and meticulous professional to join our Project Management Office (PMO) as a key coordinator.

This is a crucial role where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support on a daily basis, ensuring high standards of governance and compliance within our fast-paced environment.

As a trusted partner to the PMO Manager, you will provide detailed minutes and track actions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

You will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity by managing our PMO tools and systems, assisting with data collection and reporting.

Additionally, you will build strong relationships with project managers across the organisation, providing them with guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the PMO Manager on a daily basis
  • Act as documentation specialist, attending key meetings, taking detailed minutes and tracking actions
  • Maintain data integrity by managing PMO tools and systems and assisting with data collection and reporting
  • Build strong relationships with project managers across the organisation, providing guidance and support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment
  • IT enthusiast with understanding of IT projects, terminology and processes
  • Governance expert with experience working within high-compliance frameworks
  • Organisational powerhouse with meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Strong communicator who can build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-starter who is proactive, self-motivated and can work independently
