Job Overview:

A cutting-edge opportunity awaits an experienced Automation Specialist to oversee automation systems for maximum uptime and performance in a leading manufacturing environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of automation systems for maximum uptime and performance.
  • Management of system user access, backups, and restores.
  • Implementation of corrective actions and collaboration with vendor technical support.
  • Identification and execution of projects to enhance system performance.
  • Contribution to capital planning, project execution, and documentation.
  • Maintenance of all activities compliance with site and corporate Quality Systems.
  • Creation and maintenance of engineering deliverables and test scripts.
  • Development and implementation of global automation strategies to standardize processes.
  • Maintenance and optimization of automation systems and infrastructure.
  • Development of solutions tailored to the manufacturing environment.
  • Drive automation projects, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical goals are met.
  • Stay updated with technology trends and benchmarks.
Requirements:

About Us:

The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering (automation, robotics, computer science, etc.) or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of work experience in GMP manufacturing is required, with expertise in automation. Proficiency in automation solutions (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.) is also necessary. Knowledge of industry standards (GAMP, ANSI/ISA, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11) and GxP/QA is expected.
