Marketing Strategist Role

About the Position

Seeking a seasoned marketing strategist to lead our sales and marketing efforts in Dublin. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted marketing initiatives that drive business growth and enhance our reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage commercial marketing projects, including strategic planning and execution.
  2. Develop and execute external communications plans, including media outreach and social media engagement.
  3. Organize and manage events, product launches, and innovation initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with EMEA Marketing to optimize the Commercial Marketing function in Ireland.
  5. Strategically plan, develop, and implement sales plans and global broker development initiatives.
  6. Internal Communication - Communicate marketing and commercial strategies across the organization and facilitate town halls with senior leadership.
  7. External Communication – Communicate changing underwriting or strategic actions by product to brokers in a timely manner.
  8. Responsible for developing long-term and strategic marketing plans aligned with product and organizational goals.
  9. Develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives and measure their effectiveness via ROI KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven collaborator with excellent communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Self-driven, organized, and ambitious with high proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop structured plans, actions, and metrics.
