Enterprise Sales Professional

Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to spearhead our growth strategy. This role involves prospecting, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and close new business opportunities by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Engage Executive-Level Decision Makers: Hold discussions with CIOs, CTOs, and VPs, articulating the value of our solutions. Overcome objections and secure next steps.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by creating value for in-house IT departments with our products.
  • Collaborative Sales Approach: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, engineering, and product specialists to leverage resources and drive sales.
  • Opportunity Management & Forecasting: Track opportunities throughout the sales process, ensuring strong Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Customer Experience: Provide a professional and seamless sales experience, from initial meetings to post-sale follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a hunter role, with a proven ability to prospect, cold call leads, and close deals.
  • High energy, driven, and passionate about sales and customer success, with a desire to earn significant sales commissions.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and a deep focus on metrics and KPIs to drive success.
  • Motivated, competitive, and resilient with a go-getter mindset.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
