We are looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers and guests in a polite, friendly and inviting manner
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up correctly and audio-visual equipment is working correctly as required by our guests
  • Set function rooms for conferences and events and assist in the serving and clearing after these events
  • Assist guests with luggage to and from their bedrooms and support other departments within the hotel as required

Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Previous experience as a receptionist would be beneficial but not essential.
