Job Overview

Field Service Engineer Position

We are seeking experienced professionals to deliver comprehensive service support to customers in the Munster region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on-site commissioning, servicing, repairs, calibration, and validation of equipment to required specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, carrying out necessary repairs promptly and effectively.
  • Accurately complete Service Reports for all work carried out and obtain customer signatures.
  • Adhere to site safety rules and participate in customer site inductions.
  • Provide on-site training to customers and colleagues as required.
  • Participate in an on-call rota for after-hours support.
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Produce technical documentation in clear, accurate English when needed.
  • Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
  • Be available and willing to travel to various client sites within the designated region.
