About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team of experienced finance professionals in Tn Ireland. As a key member of the support services function, you will play a critical role in preparing, analysing and reporting on the financial performance of the Support Services cost centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with senior management and stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial reports and insights that drive business decisions. With a strong analytical mindset and excellent technical accounting knowledge, you will thrive in this dynamic environment and make a significant contribution to the organisation's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
  • Preparation and ownership of full year forecast for the Support Services cost centre
  • Preparation of reconciliations (balance sheet, intercompany, wages etc.)
  • Preparation of periodic VAT returns
  • Development of strong stakeholder relationships across the business
  • Delivery of actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Assistance with Corporation Tax compliance matters
  • Support to the Group Statutory audit
  • Participation in the budgeting and forecasting process for the Group
  • Drafting of individual financial statements using Caseware software
  • Assistance with monitoring and reporting on key initiatives/projects in the Group
  • Undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the business
