Job Title: Taxation Expert

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Taxation Expert to join our Corporate Tax department. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to broaden their tax experience and work in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

About the Role:

This role would suit an ambitious and detail-oriented individual who is willing to work within a team managing the tax obligations of a portfolio of companies. The work is varied and encompasses advising on a wide range of taxation items, including corporation tax, due diligence assignments, revenue audits, succession planning, group restructurings, equity employee participation plans, and the taxation implications of disposals of properties.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. A minimum of 2 years' working experience in corporate tax or general tax with significant experience in corporation tax
  2. Possess an accounting qualification or be willing to obtain the Irish Tax Institute's Chartered Tax Advisor qualification
  3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with privately owned businesses in various sectors such as tech, food, software, and engineering
  4. Experience in preparing corporation tax computations for companies based on trial balances, management accounts, and financial statements supported by audit working papers and client finance teams' supporting working papers
