Taxation Specialist

Our company specializes in providing expert taxation services to clients across various industries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet with key clients on a regular basis to discuss their taxation needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Draft client advice letters and memos with the assistance of senior tax professionals.
  • Advising clients on tax reliefs available for business transactions, such as passing on family businesses or selling businesses.
  • Conduct thorough tax due diligence and liaise with clients and relevant authorities on tax matters.
  • Represent clients on appeals to the Tax Appeals Commission (TAC).
  • Research complex taxation matters and prepare/review tax computations and income tax returns.
  • Supervise junior tax professionals and participate in internal training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
About You:
  • Possess a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification and preferably a professional accountancy qualification.
  • Hold at least 1-2 years post-qualification experience in specific tax areas, such as personal tax or corporate tax.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to clients.
  • Showcase the ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of tax legislation and its application to real-world scenarios.
