\- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
- A QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare or equivalent is required for this position.
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant in a nursing home is desirable but not essential, as we offer comprehensive training to the right candidate.
