Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency">
  • Lead a team of production managers to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements">
  • Mentor and coach operations managers to develop their skills and capabilities">
  • Ensure effective capacity planning and inventory management to meet customer demand">
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a team-based environment">
  • A degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent">
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver business strategies and action plans">
  • Proficiency in inventory systems, MRP, and measurement tools">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on accountability for service levels, inventory management, standard cost, and expense control">
