Seeking a visionary Operations Director to lead the successful execution of daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and dynamic professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our gastrobar, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the gastrobar, ensuring seamless execution of services and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff, focusing on their development and providing opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Experience: Foster an environment that promotes exceptional customer service, addressing feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, optimizing resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Marketing and Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, specials, and themed/seasonal activities, increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Facility Management: Oversee security, maintenance, and cleanliness of the gastrobar, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in gastrobar/restaurant management, with at least 2 years in an operations director role.
