Job Title: Civils Foreman
Location: Dublin, Ireland
- Coordinate civil works and manage on-site teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
- Direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and project deadlines.
- Monitor site progress, report daily activities, and participate in site meetings.
- Maintain quality control, oversee inspections, and implement corrective actions as required.
- 5+ years of experience leading civil engineering projects in Ireland.
- Strong knowledge of groundworks, road construction, and underground services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proven track record of managing teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Fully qualified driving licence.
This role requires a seasoned civil engineer with expertise in supervising on-site operations. If you have experience managing large-scale civil projects and possess excellent leadership and communication skills, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
