Director of Supply Chain Optimization

We seek a skilled Senior Director to lead our External Manufacturing and Supply Operations team, responsible for the operational execution of external manufacturing and supply activities.
The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with contract manufacturers, ensure timely and effective execution of manufacturing plans, develop production processes, and manage inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with external contract manufacturers (CMOs)
- Ensure timely and effective execution of all manufacturing and supply plans at assigned CMOs
- Design and implement production processes to support operational execution
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Support logistics, transportation, and import/export activities
- Act as the representative for review and approval of documentation
- Support product qualification activities
- Manage and track inventory levels
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Biology, or Engineering from an accredited institution
- 10+ years combined experience in manufacturing, technical operations, and supply chain in regulated healthcare industry
- cGMP career experience embedded in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant
- Technical background with knowledge of engineering and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
