About This Role

The Administration & Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes and maintaining compliance across various programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with administrative tasks across multiple programs.
  • Monitor and assign referrals to relevant staff.
  • Manage enrollment paperwork for participants and record attendance.
  • Work closely with training teams to register courses and produce training literature.
  • Gather evidence of participant outcomes.
  • Complete compliance checks and audits as required.
  • Assist with reporting requirements for senior management.
  • Record meeting minutes.
  • Undertake other administrative duties as needed.
