We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to provide comprehensive support to our team. As a Finance and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing financial processes, coordinating events, and providing technical knowledge in functional areas.
About the Role:
- Support the project manager with diary management, correspondence, and meeting arrangements.
- BUILD strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders using diplomacy and tact.
- Develop and maintain financial management systems, analyze information, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide operational expertise and system management support to enhance team operations.
- Administer multiple projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
About You:
- You must possess at least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
- Demonstrate proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
- Show ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Have experience working with large datasets and spreadsheets.
- Develop strong IT skills, including Excel spreadsheet management.
- Align your skills and experience with conservation efforts and community engagement.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and influence stakeholders.
- Show experience working in collaborative teams and coordinating with diverse partners.
- Demonstrate confidence in event organization and facilitation.
- Produce high-quality written content for reports and communications.
