Investor Relations Professional

As a skilled Investor Relations professional, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our investors. Your primary responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing subscription agreements to ensure compliance.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Reviewing and analyzing subscription agreements to ensure compliance
- Communicating with investors regarding missing documentation and providing timely updates
- Maintaining organized electronic and physical records of investor interactions, including correspondence and performance releases
- Preparing and reviewing daily and weekly performance reports to keep stakeholders informed
- Producing regular investor statements and correspondence to maintain transparency
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business or finance
- 1-3 years of experience in client services or a similar role
- Excellent MS Office suite skills with a focus on Excel
- Familiarity with the fund industry and concepts is an asset
- Experience in Investor Relations particularly in a transfer agency environment is preferred
