We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Bar Manager or General Manager to lead a new bar opening in one of Donegal's most exciting towns.

The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of delivering high standards of customer service. They will be responsible for motivating and developing the team, improving the business with innovative ideas and driving it forward with a focus on excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a manager in a busy bar operation, be enthusiastic, and possess strong leadership skills. They will also have excellent multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal relationship skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Hands-on approach Oversees staff, including bartenders, barbacks, bouncers, wait staff, and/or kitchen staff as well. Ensuring that the front-of-house is fully staffed, particularly during peak times Meeting sales and profitability targets Creating a welcoming environment for customers

Qualifications/Skills:
