- Leading the front-of-house team, ensuring that all staff members are fully trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service">
- Overseeing inventory management, including beverages, to ensure adequate stock levels">
- Monitoring sales and profitability targets, and implementing strategies to achieve them">
- Creating a welcoming environment for customers, through décor, music, and marketing initiatives">
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality beverages are served to customers">
- Dealing with customer feedback and providing adequate solutions to customer complaints">
- Creating a positive work environment for staff, encouraging their career development, and fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork">
- Initiating and maintaining vendor relationships">
- Using point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms">
- Overseeing the cleanliness of the physical bar area, and paying attention to possible health hazards and regulation violations">
