Fundraising Development Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Fundraising Professional to join our team, supporting various elements of fundraising including community, events, and individual giving.
Key Responsibilities:- Individual Giving & Donor Care: Collaborate with our office administrator to maintain accurate Individual Donor data on our CRM system; CHAMP. Develop and execute donor journeys for regular givers. Assist the Community & Campaigns Manager with planning direct marketing campaigns.
- Administration: Fulfill orders from our online shop. Manage the Dublin office – stationery orders, supervise cleaners, supplies, and other administrative tasks. Maintain office stock control.
- Community: Work with the team to support our community fundraisers, including fundraising pack fulfillment. Manage volunteer rotas. Obtain collection permits for collections as required. Attend local, regional, and national community fundraising activities and events.
- Campaigns/Events: Attend and support Bumbleance events such as our annual hike as required. Promote Campaigns, Community Fundraisers & Events and support logistics when necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience/knowledge of CRMs an advantage, strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent IT skills with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, experience working with a team, administration experience in an office or other environment, experience working to deadlines, knowledge and interest in the charity sector, fluent in English, attention to detail, ambitious self-starter, full driving licence, team player, positive attitude, ability to multi-task.
