Job Title: Hospitality Specialist

The Hospitality Specialist plays a vital role in managing daily hotel operations, ensuring accurate guest bookings and facilitating effective communication between booking platforms, internal teams, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to questions received via our booking platforms.
  • Deal with incoming telephone calls for reservations room enquiries.
  • Deal with incoming e-mail queries from new and existing clients.
  • Take reservations accurately and in a helpful, friendly manner.
  • Respond to all email reservations, conference and events enquires in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer telephone calls promptly using proper telephone etiquette.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hotel administration or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management systems is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in email handling and customer service communication.
