Job Overview

A leading construction contractor seeks a skilled Site Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with a large main contractor in a QS role, a BSc in a construction-related discipline, excellent IT skills, and a firm understanding of contracts methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of standard documentation, tender documents, and analysis of tenders.
  • Assistance in the settlement of construction disputes.
  • Preparation of final accounts.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' proven experience in a QS role.
  • BSc in a construction-related discipline.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Firm understanding of contracts methods.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Benefits:

Salary €55k - €80k Negotiable depending on experience.
