Job Title

A dynamic and engaging role is available for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Deliver friendly and welcoming service to colleagues, clients, and customers.
  • Assist with daily service set up, food preparation, and serving from our tempting menus.
  • Keep service and dining areas clean, tidy, and well-organised.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow strict guidelines on food safety, hygiene, allergens, and storage.
  • Fill and clean vending machines, record transactions on Service cards.
  • Check deliveries and temperatures, recording food temperatures during service periods.
  • Operate the till during service periods, reconciling floats and processing cash transactions at the end of each service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is highly desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
  • A strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene is crucial in this position.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and assistance when needed.
