
Customer Experience Ambassador

A dynamic and engaging role is available for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Deliver friendly and welcoming service to colleagues, clients, and customers.
- Assist with daily service set up, food preparation, and serving from our tempting menus.
- Keep service and dining areas clean, tidy, and well-organised.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.
- Follow strict guidelines on food safety, hygiene, allergens, and storage.
- Fill and clean vending machines, record transactions on Service cards.
- Check deliveries and temperatures, recording food temperatures during service periods.
- Operate the till during service periods, reconciling floats and processing cash transactions at the end of each service.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is highly desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
- A strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene is crucial in this position.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and assistance when needed.
