
Power Renewables Business Process Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Expert to lead the optimization of our Power and Renewables business.
This is a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the success of our projects and business units.
- Develop and implement process improvements across our Power and Renewables business, including governance, documentation, workflows, and technology system utilization.
- Utilize structured problem-solving techniques, business analysis, analytics, and lean process improvement to drive performance.
- Collaborate with business and project leads to develop processes, procedures, and training content to drive business outcomes.
- Analyze and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement and review of existing processes and procedures.
- Deliver process improvement initiatives across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from identification to business case development, project execution, and close-out.
- Evaluate requirements and process improvements for fitness and suitability, supporting design, build, and test of changes and business readiness/training activities.
- Cultivate alignment between business needs and technical capabilities with IT teams.
- Provide communications, training, and support to users on business changes to ensure effective utilization and adoption.
- 7-10 years experience in industry or consulting, ideally within the power, energy, or utilities sector.
- Strong academic record including a relevant third-level degree in engineering.
- Proficiency in numeric analysis, technical writing, presentation, process mapping, and requirement gathering.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective technical writing of process and procedural documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
