Client Service Executive Role

The key objective of this position is to provide superior client service while supporting business objectives. As a client-centric professional, you will be responsible for delivering innovative insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform the broking role for a portfolio of clients, handling renewals and mid-term alterations with ease and efficiency.
  • Maintain exceptional client relationships by providing timely and personalized support, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of each client's business and culture to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts through strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Build strong relationships with insurers to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Adhere to company procedures for renewals and new business.
  • Comply with regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Pursue project-based work to enhance skills and contribute to business growth.
  • Provide technical expertise to colleagues, resolving client-related issues and enhancing overall team performance.
Requirements:
  • Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification.
  • Previous experience working with an insurer or broker.
  • Proven client advocacy skills.
  • A willingness to take on early responsibility.
  • A passion for learning about the insurance industry.
  • Hardworking, proactive, and flexible attitude.
  • Solution-focused problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in task completion.
