Job Description
As a crucial member of our growing team in Ireland and Vilnius, you will be responsible for working with Alter Domus clients, overseeing the onboarding and governance process undertaken by the CLM team. Specifically, you will be accountable for:
- Leading and coordinating Officers on the team who act as the day-to-day point of contact for the client during onboarding.
- Maintaining and developing client relationships from onboarding to fund structure launch, acting professionally, courteously, and promptly.
- Ensuring effective coordination of tasks during entity setup, liaising with third-party service providers and internal teams.
- Overseeing onboarding functions, including reviewing client information and due diligence/KYC documents for compliance approval.
- Building collaborative relationships with internal teams to ensure operational effectiveness and prompt handling of client queries.
- Identifying process improvement areas and providing training and support to the team.
- Managing the onboarding process from start to fund launch.
- Ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Profile
- Desire to pursue a career in the Alternative Investment Funds Industry with 2-3 years of relevant experience, including Business Administration & Corporate Secretarial work preferred.
- Self-starter mentality, capable of driving operational effectiveness and creative problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Effective motivator and leader, able to build rapport internally and externally.
- Proactive, adaptable, and client-focused with excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail, organized, and committed to high-quality work.
Technical Knowledge
- Experience in contract negotiations, legal entity formation, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Understanding of Compliance, AML & KYC, EU regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of the AIFM Directive is a plus.
- Meticulous with high-quality output.
