Job Opportunity: Client Relationship Lead

We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to hire a high-profile client-facing role within their CRM team. This is a newly created position designed to strengthen client engagement and drive business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for new client leads, arranging and leading introductory calls.
  • Confidently present the firm's services, explain processes, and tailor proposals to client needs.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and add value.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, including KYC, engagement documentation, and registration.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team once onboarding is complete.
About the Person

A commercially minded professional, possibly an accountant, lawyer, tax consultant or finance professional with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Ability to read the room, build rapport, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Ideally, a technical or professional services background to provide credibility in discussions. Confident, articulate, and comfortable working alongside senior professionals. Proactive, opportunity-driven, and able to tailor solutions to client needs.
