Financial Leadership Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring the smooth running of our financial systems.

  • Manage and coordinate monthly reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee the annual audit process, liaising with the audit partner and manager to ensure compliance with audit standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including banks and tax consultants.
About You
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior financial management role.
  • Experience with ROI tax and compliance is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in management reporting, financial reporting, budgeting, and managing audits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and work closely with senior stakeholders.
