Job Summary

This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all food hygiene regulations, including H.A.C.C.P.
  • Clean and maintain the service area, equipment, and utensils.
  • Prepare the service area and service points according to company standards.
  • Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
  • Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform according to company standards.
  • Promote good customer relations and provide excellent service.
  • Support and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in a catering environment is preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Must obtain basic food hygiene qualification within six months.
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP principles.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of English language.
