Job Title: Catering Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Catering Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Catering Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, crafting visually appealing food displays, and providing excellent customer service.


The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and excel as a supportive and collaborative team player. Previous experience in a similar catering role is desirable but not essential.



Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality food that meets the highest standards
  • Design and maintain visually appealing food displays that attract customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently and operate the cash register accurately
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations


Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Passion for food preparation and presentation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar catering role is desirable

Other Information:

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, daytime. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a probationary period and adhere to company policies and procedures.
