Lead Operations Manager

The Lead Operations Manager of Private Debt Core will be responsible for a team within the department, ensuring data integrity and completeness for private debt products.

About the Role:
  • Manage a team to ensure data consistency and completeness within private debt operations
  • Oversee outsourcing partners for dedicated fund accounting resources
  • Establish performance metrics to lead the team and continually improve such metrics
Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Investment and Fund Management Industry and Operations with experience in Private Markets preferred
