Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supplier evaluation, negotiation & selection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic sourcing of products and global procurement
  • Negotiate pricing, deals, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on opportunities to reduce sourcing costs, build on current product offerings, and create additional value for the customer base
  • Conduct regular market and spend analysis to drive cost savings and supplier improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop business and maximize opportunities
  • Manage tender enquiries and negotiation of contracts
  • Work as part of a dynamic and experienced team to help achieve company goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification or relevant industry-related experience, background in supply chain or sourcing preferred
  • Proven track record of supplier evaluation, negotiation, and selection
  • Strong organizational and administration skills
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office), SAP ERP experience highly desirable
  • Flexible and pro-active attitude with an ability to think strategically
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
