About this role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Shared Services Centre in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounting for one or more entities within the EMEA region, working with our outsourced partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily and monthly financial activities under US GAAP and FRS102
  • Prepare and review annual financial statements
  • Manage internal and external audits to ensure timely completion
  • Perform analytics to verify the accuracy of financial data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address project needs from new industry developments or process gaps
  • Coordinate with internal parties to meet reporting deadlines
  • Review VAT, CSO, and intrastate returns
  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns
  • Complete SOX controls in line with control matrix

Key Requirements:

  • Professional accounting qualification from a recognized body (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
  • 2-3 years of business experience, ideally within a Shared Service Centre or multinational corporation
  • Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems is desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to independently understand and summarize financial data into high-quality reports
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
