About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Mechanical Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations in County Westmeath, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing maintenance tasks with precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry safety policies and standards.
  • Maintain equipment, ensuring production levels meet quality, safety, and engineering requirements.
  • Complete work orders efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

To be successful as a Lead Mechanical Technician, you will need:

  • A mechanical fitting qualification with 2+ years of experience in a fixed-plant environment (heavy engineering preferred).
  • The ability to update your knowledge, attend training, and propose improvements to work practices.
  • A positive attitude, high standards, and adherence to company values and culture.
