Job Overview

We seek a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Enterprise Scheduler in Dublin. This critical position involves coordinating service visits, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless communication with customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Service coordination: organizing service visits according to site schedule along with management of associated standards/parts and IT requests etc.
  • Vendor hosting: support as the dedicated point of contact for onsite services, managing permits and supporting service engineers during service visits.
  • Customer liaison: first point of contact for the customer for any scheduling or operational queries.
  • Administrative duties: quotation requests, purchase order processing, and cost reconciliation.
  • Track out-of-scope costs and report regularly to stakeholders.

  • Third-level qualification, science background advantageous.
  • Proven problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal collaboration skills.
