Optical Network Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing, deploying and operating optical networking solutions using cutting-edge hollow core fiber technologies. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing scalable network solutions to meet the growing demands of our infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the integration of hollow core fiber technologies into our network infrastructure, ensuring technical challenges are addressed with innovative solutions.
  • Develop and implement scalable network solutions to meet the growing demands of our infrastructure.
  • Design and engineer solutions that ensure high-quality, secure and reliable connectivity to all services.
  • Lead mission-critical operations for both solid core and hollow core fiber networks, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, proficiency in optical transceiver design, validation and testing, and experience working with WDM technologies.

  • Technical experience in network design, development and automation.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
