Childcare Program Coordinator

This position requires collaboration with the classroom teacher to develop and implement child-care programs, leading activities such as reading stories and teaching songs, and assessing the abilities of children. Other responsibilities include planning a safe environment that protects the health of children and guiding them in developing proper eating and dressing habits.

This role also requires non-violent crisis intervention training and knowledge of age-appropriate programs, classroom management, and literacy skills.
Qualifications:- A minimum of a two-year college diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field is required.
- Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators (OCECE) is necessary.
- A minimum of two years of experience working in a school, early learning center, educational setting, or registered childcare is required.
Experience with literacy skills and classroom management is beneficial for this role.
