Climate Change Analyst

We are seeking a talented Climate Change Analyst to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our Business Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Climate Capital segment in achieving its ambitious targets.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to global climate action goals. You will be responsible for overseeing governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and delivering high-quality reporting to enable effective decision-making.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in an operational risk, business support, quality assurance or compliance-focused role. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with business goals. Our hybrid working model offers flexibility and choice, allowing you to balance your time between working from home and the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage business risks and controls, including regulatory requirements and policy breaches.
  • Complete quality assurance activities and support effective communication with assurance teams.
  • Support regulatory and governance oversight, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present reports for senior management and various committees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an operational risk, business support, quality assurance or compliance-focused role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
