About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This role involves designing and building tools that enable developers to create efficient and intuitive software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with product managers and engineers to shape the future of developer experience.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and building tools that enable developers to create efficient and intuitive software solutions.
  • Collaborating with product managers and engineers to shape the future of developer experience.
  • Supporting complex products with design and UX heuristics.
  • Working to evolve and evangelize design systems that drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Understanding the broader scope of your work and its numerous interconnected constraints.
Requirements
  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
  • Bachelor's or equivalent in User Experience, Design, or STEM field.
  • Knowledge and passion for user experience, technology, and design.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement - curious, flexible, scientific.
  • Result-oriented with a drive to finish work and celebrate success.
  • Confidence in user research practices.
  • Engagement with the latest design research and innovation.
