Financial Operations Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in accounting and finance. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying vendor statements, and preparing financial documents.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. They will also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Process and verify financial documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reconcile vendor statements and prepare financial reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an accounting firm or finance department.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
