Operational Leader for Manufacturing Environments

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations in a manufacturing setting, overseeing hard and soft services to deliver high-quality results.
  • Manage budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting operational excellence.
About the Role

This is a hands-on position where you will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, coordinating and managing day-to-day activities to drive business success.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading on-site facilities management activities to deliver exceptional service standards.
  2. Ensuring full health and safety responsibilities are met for all related activities and targets.
  3. Managing full profit and loss responsibilities for all activities and targets.
  4. Driving a self-delivery model to continuously improve operational efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of regulated environments (cGMP & cGDP).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
