As a skilled HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our internal HR systems. Reporting to the General Manager, you will support a team of 12 staff and up to 200 temp workers, driving HR across learning & development, compliance, culture, well-being, legal support, and office operations.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Executive to join our team. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.

  • Deliver onboarding, training plans, and policies that support staff in their roles
  • Maintain and update procedures, ensuring they are trained across the team
  • Manage compliant records, indexes, and policies
  • Conduct monthly audits, prepare reports, and mitigate HR risks
  • Implement initiatives to strengthen culture, retention, and staff support
  • Work closely with the General Manager to implement responsive HR strategies across the business
  • Resolve escalated matters with external legal advisors where required
  • Assist with sourcing and onboarding internal hires
  • Oversee supplies and ensure a well-supported office environment
  • Share our story and values both internally and externally

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • 2+ years in a standalone or SME HR role
  • CIPD qualified (or working toward it)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven experience in HR compliance, policy, and learning & development
  • Bonus: experience working with temporary staffing or agency models
