We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Store Manager Trainee. This dynamic and educational program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in retail management.
This five-week training program offers a comprehensive learning experience, covering all aspects of running a store. You will work closely with an experienced mentor, who will provide coaching and guidance throughout the program. As a deputy store manager during training modules, you will have opportunities for hands-on experience and develop essential leadership skills.
The program also includes flexible working schedules to balance work, family, and leisure time, as well as a 20% discount at participating companies.
Key Responsibilities:
