Retail Management Opportunity

Are you looking to take your retail career to the next level? We are currently seeking a Senior Trainee Manager to join our team in Munster. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who wants to develop their retail skills and experience.

Job Description:

This role will involve working closely with our experienced retail professionals to learn and refine your skills in areas such as merchandise management, store standards, compliance, financial acumen, people management, and HR. You will have the opportunity to work on large retail premises, managing teams and developing your leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • a passion for grocery retail and customer service
  • good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • experience in retail, preferably in a senior supervisory or management role
