Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and packaging support, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide maintenance and calibration services for equipment and machinery across the site.
  • Ensure regular scheduling of preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Support packaging operations on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues efficiently.
  • Engage with continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and quality.
  • Identify and maintain spare parts and tools to ensure timely maintenance of plant and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certification or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably PEMAC.
  • Previous experience supporting packaging departments.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with TPM or continuous improvement methodology (desirable).
