Job Opportunity:
Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical and mechanical repair, as well as pneumatics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering planned preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment both planned and unplanned maintenance.
  • Driving root cause analysis to implement lasting fixes and minimize downtime.
  • Supporting Line Support teams to maximize machine uptime and output.
  • Partnering with engineers and value streams on projects to eliminate recurring issues.
  • Contributing to 5 S + Safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting effectively on maintenance activities and equipment status.
  • Ensuring full compliance with GMP and FDA standards at all times.

Requirements:
  • A Level 6 Qualification (trade or relevant discipline).
  • Strong electrical and electronic repair/diagnostic skills.
  • Mechanical problem-solving expertise, with experience in pneumatics.
  • Previous manufacturing experience (medical devices, pharma, or regulated industry an advantage).
  • Knowledge of GMP; cleanroom experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Proficiency with computers and maintenance systems (CMMS).
  • A collaborative mindset, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
