Job Title: Maintenance Operations Specialist

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day organization of the Maintenance Department, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage daily maintenance activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure technicians are trained and equipped to deliver a safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance service.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance, calibration activities, and work requests to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
  • Maintain and develop the site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), tracking work orders, asset history, and maintenance KPIs.

Key skills required include experience in supervisory or senior maintenance roles, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biopharma, or similarly regulated manufacturing environment.

A recognized craft qualification in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines is also highly desirable.
