IT Service Delivery Leader

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Retail Group as an IT Service Delivery Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall service delivery of IT systems across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that processes and skills on the team are fit for purpose.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT service management, leadership skills, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. They will also have knowledge of ITIL processes and be able to implement continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the BAU for all system deliver through implementing appropriate improved ITIL processes
  • Participation in the ERP upgrade program as an SME supporting the service transition
  • Implementation of continuous improvement through a transparent plan for elements of the existing support base
  • Document and articulate technical concepts in a manner that can be understood by appropriate audiences
